- Progress Infrastructure Management Product Brochure (2024) – Datasheet for the entire portfolio of products. I proposed the asset and wrote pages 2-8 prior to leaving Progress. Published after I left.
Template Examples
- Competitive Battle Card Template – I created this after seeing that none of the battle cards at Progress matched. Sales and product approved, and it was eventually adopted by the other two business units. (original was in PPT)
- Go-to-Market Campaign Brief – I like to use this one as an early primer for any launch or campaign. It forces you to put ideas to “paper,” align with the org’s objectives, clearly define the market, and develop messaging drafts.
- Booth Messaging Template – I created this after a barrage of requests from the field team asking for booth copy. The template helped them focus on their request and present the data we needed. Adopted for global shows, this streamlined the process and tracked communication.
